In the Auction Details section, we have added an explanation to our auction terms to help our customers better understand the condition and the quality of the product they are bidding on. AUCTION Terms

Bidding Explained

The most common online Auctioneer terms that we will use are as follows:


NEW: The product is in its original factory packaging & sealed.

NEW/OPEN BOX: The product is still new, the packaging is opened for inspection and is working and complete.

OPEN BOX/ LIKE NEW: The product has been inspected and is working and in almost new condition. 9/10 Condition.

OPEN BOX/ LIGHTLY USED: The product has been inspected and working. 6 - 7/10 Condition. Sold as is/ where is.

OPEN BOX: The product is not able to be tested, these items usually go for a fraction of the retail price as there is an uncertainty. Sale is FINAL on these lots.

RETURN POLICY

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. AT AUCTION KINGS AUCTION ALL SALES ARE FINAL, HOWEVER, BIDDERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO RETURN ITEM(S) AT THE DISCRETION OF THE POSSIBILITY THAT THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR IN THE LISTING OF SAID ITEM(S) WITHIN THE FIRST 48 HOURS OF PICK UP YOU MUST EMAIL US OR CONTACT OUR STAFF REGARDING YOUR RETURN ISSUE. IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE IT FOR THE TIME OF RETURN OR LIVE TOO FAR WE KINDLY RECOMMEND YOU THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING AS THERE ARE *NO EXCEPTIONS*.
